The purpose of this study is to collect and analyze the published articles regarding the effect of human capital, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The research design is a literature review. The articles have been published in the last five years representing of six different academically. The results of the review literature find out that human capital, motivation, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. s This paper is a literature study to analyze the effect of human capital, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance.
