With the development of economic globalization, the single competitive advantage of enterprises is gradually replaced by territorial the inter-firm network. The inter-firm network become an important Organizational form with it excellent coordination skill. As an important coordination mechanism in network, trust directly influences the level of competition of the network. The research of trust dimensionality in the network have important influence to the development the of the whole network and the single enterprise, and also provide fundamental basis for local agencies' policy making.
