Abstract

Social justice,which people are increasingly attach importance to,is the justice of major social institution and is a kind of goodness of the institution,It takes precedence over individual justice or goodness.The primary subject of social justice deals with the rational distribution of social rights and duties. The equality of rights and duties meets the fundamental requirements of social justice.
