The article aims to study the forensic psychological examinations of bullying, the need for which arises in criminal and administrative proceedings, and suggest improvements of its problematic aspects. The methodological framework of the article consists of theoretical, diagnostic, and empirical methods, general psychological methods and principles, methods of mathematical statistics, and graphic representation of the results. The study has shown that the current stage in the development of forensic psychological examination of bullying is characterized by unequal treatment of both lawyers and psychologists. In the course of the research, the authors have developed and proposed the algorithm of forensic psychological examination.
