The regional grid of power sellers and the public grid are established according to the control requirement of each operator. When the public grid operates in a long-term scale control mode of the whole network, the regional grids of power sellers’ grid are equivalent to the load/generator node to establish electrical contact with the public grid. The regional grid of power sellers performs shortterm scale control mode based on the operation results of the public grids. In order to ensure the power balance between the grids, the regional dynamic interactive power limit model is established which quantifies the delivering power of the regional grid with the voltage variation characteristics. Abstract

The number of power sellers for construction progress and operation of incremental distribution network is increasing and the control methods of reginal grids becomes more diverse in the power market reform progress. 适应多售电商的配电网多区域协调控制策略
在电力市场化改革进程中,增量配电网建设进度和运行的售电主体不断增加,区域电网的控制方式更加多样化。为了适应电力市场化改革的趋势,本文提出了一种适应多种运行模式要求的协调控制策略。根据各运营商的控制需求,分别建立了电商区域电网和公共电网。当公共电网以全网长期规模控制方式运行时,售电商电网的区域电网相当于与公共电网建立电气接触的负荷/发电机节点。电商区域电网在公共电网运行结果的基础上实施短期规模控制模式。为了保证电网之间的功率平衡,建立了区域动态交互功率限制模型,该模型将区域电网的输出功率与电压变化特性进行量化。实例分析结果表明,本文提出的协调控制策略比集中计算方法具有更好的计算效率。
