Abstract
This research seeks to determine the effectiveness of implementing political education in understanding simultaneous elections with integrity in 2024 using zoom-meeting. The study was carried out in community service activities so that a pre-test and post-test were carried out. The research method uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 69 people with a case study in Tasikmalaya City, West Java, namely first-time voters aged around 17-20 years. This research also contributes to increasing youth political participation. The relationship between education and participation is very important for increasing knowledge about the causes of political participation. Furthermore, the data collection techniques used included pretest and posttest and questionnaires with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques include using the Paired T Test. The main reason for choosing this analytical technique is that the Pre-test and Post-test can assist in integrating understanding of political education and efforts to realize elections with integrity, so that the material provided is adapted to the needs of the millennial and gen Z generations to be able to succeed in the simultaneous elections in 2024. The results of the research conducted by the authors indicate that there is a significant influence between the political education provided and the participants' efforts to realize the 2024 simultaneous elections. This includes millennial or Gen Z understanding of political participation, political issues and social media, understanding the basic concept of integrity, and the form -a form of electoral integrity and efforts to contribute to elections with integrity in 2024.
