Although company was consolidated in the road transport market, it did not have a specific fleet management, organization and control tools for the optimization and routing of its vehicles. Considering the high costs involved and the difficulty in quickly calculating travel itineraries, an application development was proposed. The negotiations that were explored aim to outline an innovative profile for agility and flexibility of the logistics chain in its distribution. Android Studio software, a Google Cloud Platform [1] license, as well as its protocol library and the Material Design application were used for application development. The results obtained with the development application has proved to be efficient, it allowed the company to reduce 93,9% of the time spent with the tasks to contract the transportation.
