USE OF INFORMATION DETECTED ON THE INTERNET FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETECTING AND OVERCOMING COUNTERACTION TO THE INVESTIGATION OF CRIME

Abstract

Цель данной статьи — раскрыть организационные и тактические аспекты использования информации, обнаруживаемой в сети Интернет, в выявлении и преодолении противодействия раскрытию и расследованию преступлений. Рассмотрен структурно-содержательный анализ противодействия расследованию, охарактеризованы изменения его ключевых элементов в условиях активной цифровизации общества и государства. Обозначены основные группы информации, сосредотачиваемой в сети Интернет, систематизированы ее источники, определены основные направления ее использования в указанных целях. The purpose of this article is to reveal the organizational and tactical aspects of using information found on the Internet in identifying and overcoming opposition to the disclosure and investigation of crimes. A structural-content analysis of counteraction to the investigation is considered, changes in its key elements are characterized in the conditions of active digitalization of society and the state. The main groups of information concentrated on the Internet are indicated, its sources are systematized, and the main directions of its use for these purposes are determined.
