In order to improve the ability to suppress the unwanted mode, the optimized three-stage smooth coaxial cavity has been used. based on the method of the surface impedance matching theory, the resonant cavity was designed and optimized using the code writing by MATLAB program. Finally, the commercial electromagnetic simulation software is used for verification.
