Abstract

Results are given of the investigation of the temperature and frequency dependence of the complex dielectric permittivity and electrical conductivity of the CsDSO4 and CsDSeO4 single crystals in the frequency range 15 MHz to 52 GHz as well as velocity and attenuation of the longitudinal ultrasonic waves in the vicinity of a superionic phase transition temperature.
