Abstract

The article deals with the integrated harmonious structure deviation indicator in the system of postgraduate training, which is constructed according to the rule of the “golden ratio”. Calculated deviation of the indicator of five-sector model that corresponds to the GDP in the post-industrial economy. 乌克兰高等教育体系的结构性转变在专家领域为国民经济提供了支持
本文根据“黄金比例”法则构建了研究生培养体系中的综合和谐结构偏差指标。后工业经济中对应GDP的五部门模型指标的计算偏差。在对GDP五部门模型进行客观统计和系统研究的基础上,选取了综合指标偏离和谐结构的成分。根据提出的教育环境部门结构结构转移估计方法,计算了2010/11-2018/19学年的综合和谐结构偏差指标;比较了乌克兰国内生产总值和乌克兰高等教育系统的综合和谐结构偏差指标的动态变化。对动力学中综合和谐结构偏差指标的计算得出的结论是,在过去九年中,根据知识经济的要求,培养提供知识产品生产的高素质专家的趋势不足。
