Bass, and Peter Lowit. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of determining informants was carried out purposively. The results showed that based on the four dimensions of the implementation of Open Government Data proposed by Azmi Omar et al, there are several things that need to be improved, such as community involvement in making datasets which is still minimal, public awareness of the importance of open data, the capacity of all Bandung City Government agencies to utilize manufacturing technology. data, as well as collaboration from parties in charge of observing the journey of Open Data Bandung. Abstract
