This system comprises of a solar array, Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor based inverters & transformers to couple it to the grid. Abstract

In this paper we discuss the simulation model and modeling of a 3MW PV based solar power plant connected to the grid on MATLAB Simulink R2014a. The motive behind this is to meet with the ever-changing demand of energy in this today’s world while keeping our planet free from pollution.
