Acrosomal integrity rates was better in the methionine groups compared to the control group (P<0.05). Membrane lipid peroxidation was analyzed by measuring malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration post-thawed. It was observed that antioxidant-containing extenders had beneficial effects on drone semen parameters.
