Abstract

The paper is devoted to Fibonacci digital-to-analog converter. A decomposition of natural numbers in Fibonacci code is discussed. An expression is obtained for determining a resolution of a Fibonacci code. Fibonacci decoder’s design flow is proposed. A Fibonacci series property is employed in dynamic element matching algorithm. The proposed algorithm is tested and improves SFDR by 10 dB.
