In addition , collecting knowledge or skills from dividend contribution in their employees activities can affect the organizations strategic goals. Knowledge management includes sharing of topics, the conclusion of activities , statements and information expressed in each project which leads to an increase in innovation and prevents from relaunching any phase of project.
