Abstract

Nowadays, the rapid change of technology requires learners to have new thinking, creativity, skills to cope with difficulties and challenges. It sets out different requirements for lecturers in the role of transferring knowledge,students’ ways of training with a series of requirements that not only about specialized knowledge but also career skills and soft skills. The reception and change to keep up with the world in the period of Industrial Revolution 4.0 is setting for university training in general and training tourism in particular the problems of necessity and urgency. The paper focuses on analyzing the reality of professional skills as well as soft skillsin meeting career needs in tourism.
