Abstract
The article deals with the aspects of digitalization at the stage of process-layout preparation (PLP). The necessity of partial carry of PLP tasks directly to the processing stage is proved. The issues of software and hardware implementation of intellectual technological systems focused on ensuring the required quality parameters, arrangement and software implementation of tracking, using "digital twins", mechanical production quality in the manufacture process and output monitoring within the use of finished products, are viewed.
