Abstract

Slot Allocation Medium Access Channel (SAMAC), an efficient slot allocating MAC protocol is proposed for predicting the timely channel access for time-critical data operations and also to reduce data congestion. In this scheme the time of non-periodic critical traffic grabs the time slots allotted for the periodic non-critical data traffic.
