Based on the hardware circuit of the great power semiconductor laser driver which has been completed, we focus on theoretic analysis for export circuit using the Protel99SE simulator. The paper researches on experimental method to the main unit circuit, and proposes the experimental method which differs from hardware experiment. Abstract
The applications of semiconductor laser are more and more extensive in the optical fiber communication, information storage and read, and efficient pump source.
