The effect of pectinase pretreatment on the extraction of essential oil from the seed kernels of Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans)

The major components of essential oils obtained after pretreatments with PPP and CP were sabinene, α-pinene, β-pinene and myristicin. Abstract
