The development of a new generation of NOAA Small Craft Navigational Chart

Abstract

Presents a procedure to develop a new generation Small Craft Navigational Chart with input from the boating community, local, regional governments and NGO units. The authors describe how the chart was made, distributed and tested in southwest Florida.
