Effectiveness in provings and clinical trials

Abstract

The European Committee for Homeopathy (ECH) sub-committee of the European Pharmacopoeia Commission has recently started to develop monographs of homeopathic remedies for the European Pharmacopoeia. But the precursors, the German and other Homeopathic Pharmacopoeias, also contain prescriptions which are not in accordance with the original materia medica. Therefore the homeopathic monographs urgently need careful examination, to improve and standardise the manufacture of homeopathic remedies in accordance with the materia medica.
