A brief review of the Permian macrofloras in southeast Asia and their phytogeographical delimitation

Abstract

A brief annotated introduction to the Permian macrofloras of southeast Asia is given. This is followed by discussion on the identification of some genera and/or species with corrections. Based on this, a sketch map showing the Permian phytogeographical delimitation of southeast Asia is proposed. The composition and geological age of the principal Permian floras is shown in the form of a table.
