Abstract
Probe-based confocal laser endomicroscopy produces high resolution images of the gastrointestinal tract and can integrate macroscopic and microscopic views in real time. This article presents a number of documented cases of Barrett's oesophagus with a histopathological diagnosis, and compares them with the images obtained by probe-based confocal laser endomicroscopy.
