Abstract

El presente articulo aborda el concepto de familia en el marco de la teoria de sistemas sociales. A partir de un analisis critico de las reflexiones de algunos autores que siguen esta tradicion teorica, se propone un concepto de familia moderna como un sistema funcionalmente diferenciado. A partir de esta decision teorica, se define la comunicacion intima como caracteristica de la familia y a la distincion entre parientes como codigo basal del sistema.

本文从社会制度理论的角度探讨了家庭的概念。在这一理论传统的基础上，提出了现代家庭作为功能分化系统的概念。根据这一理论决定，亲密交流被定义为家庭的特征，亲属之间的区别被定义为系统的基本代码。
