For environmental sustainability, we use natural turmeric dye extracted from turmeric rhizomes. We use tie-dyeing and over-dyeing techniques for garment dyeing. After dyeing and washing the canvas trousers, tests such as colorfastness to rubbing, wash, perspiration, and water (hot and cold) have been done. Both samples showed moderate to good test results. The production of textiles is the second most polluting industry worldwide.
