The spectral dependencies of reflection factor and open circuit voltage of the film-covered solar cells are obtained. The conditions of deriving and properties of porous silicon and parameters of the solar cells with films of porous silicon and covers, forming a potential barrier, are investigated. Abstract
The experimental results of a research of the solar cells parameters covered with films InxSnyOz, and solar cells covered with films, obtained by dispersion of alcoholic solutions of three-chloride Indium acetyl acetonate of aluminum are represented.
