Nível de Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho de Colaboradores de uma Clínica Geriátrica

Abstract

Quality levels of work life are fundamental for the business development process. The goal is to understand the levels of quality of work life in a team with a lot of professionals from different areas in a geriatric clinic. 34 employees have participated, from 3 sections of the clinic, 10 professionals from the support section, 6 from the health section and 18 from nursing section. All professionals have answered 78 questions of the Quality of Working Life Questionnaire (QWLQ-78). At the end, the statistics have been analyzed by the program SPSS version 19.0 (ANOVA p 0,05). The conclusion is that all sections have no hindrance in worklife quality
