Thus, new employee recruitment will decrease and personnel training expenditures will remain at a minimum grade. In this study, a literature review was conducted on issues such as organizational justice, organizational climate, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior, and the potential relationships between these concepts. The systematic review method was used and 80 high citation articles obtained from google scholar and the yök thesis database have been included in the study. Health sector employees constitute the limitation of the study.
