Results: The findings revealed a direct and positive relationship between the trust factor and mobile banking platform usage, and that the factors of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a partial mediating effect in this relationship. Abstract

Purpose: This study primarily examines the mediating effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on the relationship between trust and mobile banking use.
