Abstract

The objective of this paper is to analyze the problems detected along the entrepreneurial process, from the life stories of the SEBRAE Award Business woman participants in Santa Catarina state. Therefore, were analyzed the stories of 86 entrepreneurs participating of Prize 2010 edition. These reports were analyzed by interpretation. How to difficulties encountered in the entrepreneurial process are the perceived lack of trust placed in them, as well as the personal, family and business conflict, being the latters conflicting dimensions in the lives of these women as competing for their attention.
