Effects of a self-help pack on patients with myocardial infarction

Abstract

目的本研究旨在观察急性心肌梗死患者进行院外自助式心脏康复的效果.方法便利选取136例首次发作的急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各68例.实验组在研究者督导下进行以运动锻炼、饮食控制、心理调适为主要内容的院外自助式心脏康复;对照组只接受常规指导.分别在患者出院后3周、6周、12周时评价其康复效果.结果实验组患者较对照组而言,焦虑、抑郁和心理健康状况得到明显改善;某些不良生活方式,如吸烟和缺乏运动得到改善;胸部不适得到缓解;门诊就诊率和再入院率明显降低;但两组自尊状况和生活质量没有显著的差异.结论院外自助式心脏康复对于心肌梗死患者的心脏康复能够起到积极的作用.
