But SMEs in Indonesia face problems, the most fundamental problem is not yet optimal improvement in the quality of human resources (HR), COVID-19 pandemic, also has implications on the economy and performance of SMEs. Aims This study to analyze the influence of spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and intellectual intelligence on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the COVID-19 Pandemic. Methodology- The study uses a descriptive verification method by using a sample of 70 respondents using propulsive sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS software version 25. Finding- The results showed the variable of spiritual intelligence positive effect on the performance of SMEs. The variable of emotional intelligence does not have a positive effect on the performance of SMEs. The variable of spiritual intelligence has a positive effect on the performance of SMEs.
