Methodology- The study uses a descriptive verification method by using a sample of 70 respondents using propulsive sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS software version 25. Finding- The results showed the variable of spiritual intelligence positive effect on the performance of SMEs. The variable of emotional intelligence does not have a positive effect on the performance of SMEs. The variable of spiritual intelligence has a positive effect on the performance of SMEs. 新冠肺炎疫情下精神、情绪和智力对中小企业绩效的影响
