Curative effect analysis of laparoscopic radical operation and conventional open surgery in the treatment of early gastric cancer

Abstract

Objective To explore the conventional laparotomy and laparoscopic radical prostatectomy clinical effect for the treatment of early gastric cancer. Methods From January 2012 - January 2013 treated 74 cases of early gastric cancer patients as the research object in the General Hospital of Tisco Affiliated to Shanxi Medical University, and randomly divided into two groups, the control group conventional laparotomy, while the observation group line of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, compared two groups of therapeutic effect. Results The incidence of complications of observation group was 2.70%, significantly lower than the control group 16.22%, comparing differences between group significantly (P 0.05). Conclusion Compared with the conventional laparotomy, laparoscopic radical treatment of early gastric cancer has small trauma, rapid recovery, fewer complications, and many other advantages, is a kind of safe and effective operation.
