Abstract

Kripalu may be a gentle yoga practice with a compassionate approach. It places a stress on meditation, physical healing, and spiritual transformation that overflow from the yoga mat into lifestyle. Over time, students are taught to observe their thoughts without judging and to accept and love themselves as they are.
