The New Approach of Medical Law Talents Training: Clinical Experts Fully Involved In the Cultivation of Talents

Abstract

The talents training of medical law may be benefit for the reduction and prevention of doctor-patients disputes. But the goal of talents training can not be realized in a long time mainly because of the lack of reasonable structure of compound teacher team,improper curriculum system and emphasizing theory neglecting practice. Clinical experts' participation of cultivation would provide a new approach and vision for the dilemma. By training the skills of prevention and solving the disputes between doctors and patients from the view of medical science instead of legal science,it is expected to break the gap between medicine and law and resolve the problems in the cultivation of medical law talents training.

医学法学人才培养的新途径:临床专家全面参与人才培养

医学法学人才的培养有利于减少和预防医患纠纷的发生。但复合型教师队伍结构不合理、课程体系不合理、重理论轻实践等是导致人才培养目标长期无法实现的主要原因。临床专家的参与将为解决这一困境提供新的途径和视角。通过从医学而非法学的角度培养预防和解决医患纠纷的技能，有望打破医学与法律的鸿沟，解决医学法学人才培养中的问题。
