Abstract
According to the basin characteristics and available information,combined with changes of land surface condition in Hutonghe-Fuyanghe Basin,a comprehensive analysis was made and a calculation method of runoff generation and concentration was explored based on the relevant methods in "Handbook of Surface Drainage" and "A Study on the Characteristics of Hydrology Water Resources in Central Plains of Hebei Province".The method could be applied to the flood predictions in the basin and it would provide a basis for flood control and disaster reduction,as well as rainfall flood resources utilization.
