Abstract
A HBV epidemic model with pulse vaccination and delay is researched,the vertical transmission of disease is considered aslo.The reproductive numbers R_1 and R_2 are defined.We point out,if R_1 1,the infection-free periodic solution of system is global asymptotic stable,while if R_2 1,the infectious persist.
