天津港口土地利用时空变化及驱动力分析
本文基于Landsat多光谱TM影像,获取了1987 - 2010年4个时期天津港土地利用数据。引入各土地利用类型动态指标、土地利用变化动态指标、转换矩阵和土地利用类型空间格局中心,借助GIS软件,从方向、程度、时空差异和扩展格局等方面对天津港土地利用转换进行了定量分析。结果表明:1987 - 1995年,天津港处于改革开放后的探索阶段,土地利用变化水平较低;1995 - 2003年,天津港稳定发展,港区建设用地向北迅速扩张;2003 - 2010年,天津港进入以外迁为特征的专业化阶段,土地利用类型发生剧烈变化。20多年来,天津港呈现出先北向陆、后向南向海的沿海岸线扩张格局。占用水田滩涂和填海造地是天津港扩建建设用地的主要方式。与此同时,研究区内广泛而不合理的填海造地和水产养殖普遍存在。研究认为,港口专业化发展、国家和区域政策以及个体驱动力是造成天津港土地利用时空变化的主要因素。协调生态、经济和区域发展的关系,优化港口布局,以生态安全为目标推进土地利用结构调整,是实现可持续发展的必由之路。本文对全面实现港口发展格局,保护宝贵的港口沿海资源,合理规划港区土地资源具有重要意义。
