It is established that international tourism is one of the most profitable businesses in the world. This sector has recently become increasingly important in the structure of national economies, and is developing every rapidly, in countries that prioritize the development of recreation and tourism, this service sector is growing much faster and is one of the most important fillers of the state treasury, but is still active growth and its potential is much greater than used under current conditions. The global features of international tourism are considered, which indicates the special role of the most powerful tourism countries in the world market of tourism services. The current state of functioning of the international tourism sector in Ukraine is analyzed. The analysis showed that the effectiveness of such activities is constrained by the unresolved number of problems, for the solution of which it is necessary to make appropriate changes and additions to current legislation; approval of national standards for all types of recreational and tourist services. It turns out that Ukraine has all the objective prerequisites to become one of the leading countries in the world with developed international tourism. It is proposed to classify the needs of consumers of tourism products in international tou-rism activities by the criteria of their causes: The peculiarities of the use of innovative services in the activities of tourism businesses are considered. Abstract

The article analyzes the organization of international tourism and trends in its development in Ukraine and the world. 有效的国际旅游活动的组织方面
文章分析了国际旅游组织及其在乌克兰和世界的发展趋势。众所周知,国际旅游业是世界上最赚钱的行业之一。该部门最近在国民经济结构中变得越来越重要,并且发展非常迅速,在优先发展娱乐和旅游业的国家,该服务部门的增长速度要快得多,是国家财政的最重要的填充之一,但仍然是活跃的增长,其潜力远远大于目前条件下的使用。考虑到国际旅游的全球特征,这表明了最强大的旅游国家在世界旅游服务市场中的特殊作用。分析了目前乌克兰国际旅游部门的运作状况。分析表明,这些活动的效力受到许多尚未解决的问题的限制,为了解决这些问题,必须对现行立法作出适当的修改和补充;批准各类娱乐和旅游服务的国家标准。事实证明,乌克兰具备成为世界上国际旅游业发达国家的客观条件。建议根据原因的标准对国际旅游活动中旅游产品消费者的需求进行分类:考虑旅游企业活动中使用创新服务的特点。分析了国际旅游竞争力的本质、内容和指标,揭示了国际旅游竞争力概念发展的不足,特别是缺乏对旅游产品消费者需求的认识,缺乏对国际旅游组织和经济支持的有效性、规范性和方法论基础的认识。关键词:旅游产品,游客需求,动机,疫情,服务市场,服务质量,创新
