Abstract

The observant reader of this column may have noticed that the current review no longer includes the thoughtful reviews and commentaries of Dr. Carel Bron. Unfortunately, Dr. Bron had to step down as a regular contributor to this literature review column for personal reasons and because of multiple other commitments. I would like to thank Dr. Carel Bron for his hard work and insightful contributions to the Journal of Musculoskeletal Pain.
