Not being able to feel belonging, not owning, cultural conflicts, hegemonies, ruptures, and isolation are the pathogens that form the basis of alienation disease. This study aims to reveal the situation of the individual's distancing and indifference towards the political in the political development stage of the culture, which is the common value, in the context of a cause-effect relationship.Culture is an indispensable phenomenon for the commons of common values. For the ascetic who cannot participate, culture is a collection of worthless ones. Political culture is a paradigm. So it's a political point of view. It is the society's way of interpreting and making sense of governments, leaders, parties, and the economy in the context of politics. People who have the ability to attribute the meaning of \"every\" even to \"nothing\" can become meaningless in the face of the things they attribute meaning to.
