Abstract

The traditional Second Order Change (SOC) model contains a set of equations that allow us to determine the possible strategy change using probability. In this article, we propose a simpler heuristic model, based on fuzzy numbers, to diagnose the organization’s personnel, and determine whether the strategy needs to be changed.
