Findings: Five themes were obtained as a result of the research, which are listed as administrative problems, problems related to internal stakeholders of the school, problems related to external stakeholders of the school, problems related to school business and management, situational factors. Highlights: The results of the research reflect that novice school administrators face various problems not only in terms of administration but also with the internal and external stakeholders of the school. Abstract

新学校管理人员问题研究评价:一项综合研究
摘要目的:本研究旨在运用元综合的方法,对我国初入学校管理人员问题的研究进行评价。设计/方法/方法:本研究采用语义内容分析(semantic content analysis,简称semantic analysis)进行,研究对象包括在YÖKTEZ(高等教育委员会,国家论文中心)、谷歌Scholar、EBSCOhost、TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM社会与人文科学数据库和DergiPark数据库中检索的初学校长问题研究。本研究的数据来源或材料包括9项研究(4篇论文和5篇文章),采用有目的抽样方法之一的标准抽样方法确定。研究结果:研究得出了五个主题,分别是管理问题、学校内部利益相关者问题、学校外部利益相关者问题、学校经营管理问题、情境因素。研究结果表明,初入学校的管理者不仅在管理方面面临诸多问题,而且与学校的内外部利益相关者之间也存在诸多问题。因此,要减少新学校行政人员所面临的问题,首先需要解决必要的安排,使学校行政成为一种以能力和优点为基础的职业,并在教育行政人员的选择、安置、任用和分配方面有一个整体的观点。
