Abstract

The article discusses the cost of war incurred by the U.S. in the Middle East, focusing on its intelligence services. Topics discussed are American hostilities in the Middle East, secret and spying services of the U.S., and activities of the National Security Agency post 9/11 terrorist attack. It also discusses the formation of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the need for information revolution. It states that modern information systems are designed to offer latest information and the intelligence services need to focus on appropriate missions with less costs and redundancy.
