Would COVID-19 Immunity Passports Undermine the Right to Health of Individuals?

Abstract

Based on an in-depth survey of the literature, the purpose of the paper is to explore whether COVID-19 immunity passports might undermine the right to health of individuals. Using and replicating data from Ada Lovelace Institute, Censuswide, de Beaumont, and Promoleaf, I performed analyses and made estimates regarding whether demanding individuals who refuse vaccination to bear certain repercussions for their nonacceptance is fair. Descriptive statistics of compiled data from the completed surveys were calculated when appropriate.
