Abstract

Among the technologies that digital transformation presents, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtualization are among those that most impact social and production relations in several areas, such as finance, retail, mobility, health and education. The latter highlight the virtual environments that are used as a didactic tool in the teaching and learning relationships.
