Ectatic-Fistulous Coronary Artery Lesion: A Newly Proposed Nomenclature

The patient had progressive breathlessness due to high left to right shunt. Both fistulae were ligated under cardiopulmonary bypass. Our introduced term “ectatic-fistulous lesion” comes to address the confusion with nomenclature.
