Measurements performed in different stopes of different horizons, creation of a database according to the obtained values and diagrams obtained for two microclimatic parameters (temperature and air humidity) as well as their analysis in scientific aspect offer us the best possible assessment which is argued in this paper. The presented results show that to improve the climatic conditions in the Trepça Mine in Stantërg, it is not only enough to change the ventilation system but also to direct (direction or regulation) a sufficient amount of fresh air in the direction of the analyzed stopes and those planned. Abstract
